This page contains the terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") on which Sweet Dream Zoo Ltd supplies any of the products ("product") listed on Sweet Dream Zoo website www.sleepik-shop.com (collectively the "Website" or "webshop") to you.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website or ordering any products from Sweet Dream Zoo. You should understand that by using the Website or ordering products on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Orders
You may order products online at the webshop. All orders are subject to the products being available.
Orders may be paid by online payment options at the webshop. Once the transaction is confirmed and a legally valid contract is concluded, an order confirmation email will be sent to the address indicated by you with acknowledgment of receipt, with a description of the order and how to withdraw from the contract. Similarly, an email will be sent to you confirming that the product has been dispatched.
Delivery
We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. The processing time can take up to 1-3 business days for available products. For the pre-orders it is 12-14 weeks. Delivery normally takes about 3-7 additional business days within Europe and 7-30 business days for the rest of the world from the time of placing the order.
Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events. Should the product not be available within thirty (60) days from the order, Sweet Dream Zoo will notify you via email and you may cancel the order if you wish.
Shipping costs
The shipping options and costs are specified at the webshop.
Sweet Dream Zoo is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. Sweet Dream Zoo also reserves the right to perform partial deliveries.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Returning Policy will apply.
Returning Policy
This returning policy applies only when you are ordering from our Webshop. If ordered from another dealer, you need to contact them.
You may return your fully functional and undamaged Sweet Dream Zoo product for any reason within 14 days after receiving it. In order to get a full refund of the purchase price, it is important that the product is sent back within this time frame, it is not a question of the date of arrival. Customer should bear the return shipping fee when returning the device for refund. If the product has been used and is returned, Sweet Dream Zoo is not going to make refund in that case.

A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form and currency used to purchase the item. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment and currency used to make the purchase.
If the returned product is damaged by the customer or accessories originally included in your purchase are missing, Sweet Dream Zoo reserves the right to either refuse to refund or charge for any damages to the product and for any missing parts.
Taxes and customs
All customers outside of the European Union will be served as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only by Sweet Dream Zoo. Sweet Dream Zoo is not responsible for customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage or any additional charges by your local government, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Liability
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SWEET DREAM ZOO CORPORATION'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SWEET DREAM ZOO BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO OR CORRUPTION OF STORED DATA, OR FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING.

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and our Privacy Policy. We will treat your personal information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below).
When you shop on the webshop we will ask you to input and will collect personal information from you, for instance, name, address, email address, telephone number, credit card details and passwords. We use your personal information for the following purposes:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its choice of law provisions. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled through negotiations.

If a dispute cannot be settled with the help of a consumer rights advisor, the matter can be taken to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) or district court with competent jurisdiction. You may also use Online Dispute Resolution provided by European Commission to reach out an out-of-court settlement.
